Ben Tipton is an English teacher and Instructional Coach from Bristol, England, currently teaching at YK Pao School in Shanghai. He has experience teaching in a range of educational settings in both the UK and East Asia and has taught ESL, IB, iGCSE, A Level and GCSE. In his current role as an Instructional Coach, Ben supports teachers in ensuring that their classroom practice is both intentional and reflective, whilst also leading Professional Development sessions aimed at improving the quality of learning within the classroom.
