Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

My session will cover the following topics: first, is to discuss on how we implement our six-week overseas education program and secondly,  in order to maximize the experience, we make use of Project Based Learning (PBL) which focuses on a transdisciplinary approach, through which students are able to gain the necessary knowledge and skills necessary in order to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging, and complex question, problem, or challenge over an extended period of time. The outcome of the project is then explained and displayed in the form of a public product.

The approach aims to develop students’ critical thinking, communication, collaboration and self-management skills. As we understand the pedagogy, on the other hand, The Ignatian characteristics of discernment and contemplation-in-action shall also be emphasized in the hope of creating deeper connections and meanings for the students’ with their experiences during the implementation of the program.
