"Summit" Up: Moving Beyond the 5Ws to Text Dependent Analysis AVAILABLE

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Join us to participate in an inspiring workshop focused on teaching young students (K-3) to analyze text.  Learn how to implement text dependent analysis (TDAs) in your daily literacy routine.  You will leave the session with materials ready for Monday morning.

Would you like to promote deeper understanding of the text in your classroom?  Are you tired of surface questions and answers?  Let's move beyond the 5Ws and help students dive into the text using a picture book a week.    In "Summit" Up, you will learn how to use humorous and familiar stories to engage young readers in an analysis of the text.
